Case sensitive option will be good

Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).

Please provide any additional information below.
Deutsch use case sensitive to definite noun or verb.
If program has the option that can choose Case sensitive or not. That will be 
very good condition.
Usually I search for Noun but I must scoll very long to find it. I thank you 
very much for your kindness that created the very good program on to the world.

Originally I wanted to be able to search without having to worry about 
case/accent marks/etc, but I agree, this would be nice.  In the next version, I 
will try to make it so that if you uppercase a word, it searches in uppercase 
for that exact word.
