Co-author information lost

1. Submit a file with author X and co-author A.
2. It isn't possible to add or drop authors after submitting (from the 'edit submission' screen), but resubmission is possible. This may be a bug in itself.
3. Resubmit the file.
4. Boxes for TWO co-authors appear in the submission form by default, rather than just one as for new submissions.
5. Fill in these default boxes with co-authors B and C.
6. The resulting submission lists X and C as authors.
7. Co-author A was gone, as expected. Co-author B was missing. Presumably the first of the two co-author boxes is not meant to be appearing.

Furthermore, attempting to resubmit with four co-authors means only co-authors 2 and 4 show up with the main author.

To clarify: this bug only occurs when the current submission has at least one co-author, and you click on the paper and choose actions -> submit revision.

Another test.

• Original authors: 1, 2 and 3, submitted in first, second and fourth boxes, with third blank.
• Resubmitted authors: A, B, C, and D, submitted in the four boxes that appeared by default. Only D showed up as a co-author.
• Resubmitting another time created two co-author boxes by default. The co-author submitted in the first box did not save; the second did.
