integrate kernel module "gta01_battery" for using it with cheap / dump batteries #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy a new battery like this one:
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270594743886

2. Put it into your Freerunner with Android "cupcake-week-2010-16"

3. Switch it on (no USB connected)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It will show the QI-Picture and the android-color-roll-effect and then turns
off. (but it should result into SIM-Checking app.)
Starting with USB-Charger connected, it will start like normal but tell you
that the battery is low and it won't charge it.
Thats because this cheap battery comes without coulomb counter (-capability),
so we need something like the old neo1973 battery kernel module. I managed to
switch SHR to that one and was able to use SHR with that cheap battery like
normal.
So please make android try the module 'gta01_battery' if no battery is detected
using gta02 module. Or let the user switch manually... etc...
Thank you very much for your great work! Android is the only OS for Freerunner
running smoothly and bringing a big bunch of functionality out of the box.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Freerunner with Android "cupcake-week-2010-16"
