cache not working on daily images (only cupcake?) #153

The /cache folder is created as a symlink to /data/cache but that folder isn't 
created.

Every application relying on the /cache folder will crash or throw an error. 
(Market Downloads would be an example).

The /data/cache folder should be created by the init script if it does not 
exist.
