No ring/vbration on incoming call while suspended #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Phone is suspended no charger connected
2. Incoming call
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The phone should ring/vibrate and the display dimming should disappear. Instead 
the screen is black and the FR doesn't ring. I can just hear a "clack" noise 
like the one you hear when pressing Power button twice for awakening the phone.
Another time short after going back to suspend mode, an incoming call let the 
display dimming disappear, the incoming caller id appeared, but by answering no 
sound both for me and the caller

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Froyo build of 5th. March 2011

Please provide any additional information below.
It happens with and without wifi/gps enabled
