No sound through headphones #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Plug in the headphones
2.Wait for a call or open the Music app
3.Hear no sound

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No sound through headphones or speaker.
As visual feedback, for example, in the music app the slider is still.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the build android-on-freerunner-froyo-daily-20110707.tar.gz from 
ran000

Please provide any additional information below.
This is the output through logcat:
