REPO_URL incorrect for installer branch #183

The ./repo/repo/repo file of the installer branch still contains the old git 
URL instead of the new https URL for the REPO_URL value.

Attached is the file with the correct value.

With this file I'm able to initialise and compile the installer branch.

This works if you do a fresh 'repo init'.
