Week 51 build - GPRS does not activate #90

GPRS does not activate with week 51 build on my Freerunner. I do not know
whether this problem is isolated to my own setup or not, but in my case it
is consistently off. Hardware seems OK, can get GPRS with SHR and OM2009
using same SIM.

My mobile provider is Talk Mobile (a Vodafone UK reseller)

I'm attaching a logcat of my radio log output.

I forgot to add a normal logcat as well, since there seems to be some valid 
extra output.

This issue can be closed, tested GPRS to work successfully on daily version 
20091217.
Will open new issue if future versions break GPRS again.
