More PDF Exportable Reports: Crop Plan Summaries #29

User should be able to generate summaries of crop plans which can be
exported to PDF for printing.  These could include:

total/summary of crops and/or varieties by bed/rowfeet/yield

General statistics:
number of flats used
number of plantings which are DS or TP
