Problems with the exported file #60

Hi there,
firstly well done on the program, I love it!
I have been using it all day and have got so much done with 
your help but I cannot figure out how to get a nice spreadsheet
from it with all the correct data. 
Is there a csv file reader that you recommend or will is it just 
a matter of copying the info from the planner into excel?
Any help would be much appreciated,

What version of Crop Planning Software are you using and on what operating 
system?

So what I really need is to be able to print the data out but any viewer I use 
scrambles it all up.
