CIS-CAT updates #1

Hey @ghcetraro I didn't find any sources for CIS-CAT tool, and looks like it does not work with the latest Ubuntu version. Is there any way how we can update it?

good morning, thanks for following me. If you tell me in which version, year and architecture you tried it, I will check it to update.

We'd like to expand Linux benchmarks to all popular Desktop amd64 distros, like the latest Ubuntu, Mint, Manjaro, Fedora Workstation, etc. Also, I'm curious, if we can disable the mandatory requirement of sudo/root permissions.
