public haddocks #55

It would be nice to have a public location for the ghcjs-base haddocks like other packages have on hackage.

They'll be on hackage once ghcjs-base is on hackage (once GHCJS is released)

You can do stack haddock ghcjs-base to build the docs locally.

Given that haddocks are on hackage, I think this issue can be closed :-) http://hackage.haskell.org/package/ghcjs-base-0.2.0.0
