Non GHDL images are to be deprecated soon, because those are moved to hdl/containers and hub.docker.com/u/hdlc. Hence, I picked these changes and applied them there: https://github.com/hdl/containers/commits/master.

Yeah. I've been working on it in spare time for several months, but I was afraid of how to handle the deprecation. Nevertheless, better go for it than let it die in the drawer.

I now added a note to the readme and moved some content to DEPRECATED.md. Hope it makes it easier for people to get awareness. You can see the specific new names in https://github.com/ghdl/docker/blob/master/.github/workflows/mirror.yml#L35-L43.
