Made code more aesthetically appealing and added PHPDoc #48

The way the class was coded was of course amazing but I had a tough time reading through it because of how tightly packed the code was, so I thought it would be nice to make it look a little bit more aesthetically appealing.

I have also added PHPDoc and changed some very few things on the functions that printed stuff in the server.

I'm not ignoring this on purpose; I fully intend to get to this as soon as possible -- Just having a harder time than usual finding time with the twins finding a new level of independence as they fully embrace being toddlers.
