Right clicking water out of a storage container doesn't give water bottle correct nbt. #102

For example right clicking an Ex Deorum wooden barrel with water gives a water bottle with no nbt at all, right clicking a Thermal Fluid Encapsulator gives a water bottle with tags CustomPotionColor: 16253176, Potion: "minecraft:water", Purity -1.

Im still having a related issue. One of my bowl stacks got separated. I can also say I had to throw the bowl in water to fill them.
