Simple configuration to blacklist/whitelist where to purify water

Is it possible to get a configuration file that allows for a block blacklist/whitelist functionality?. If there is, I cant find it. My objective is to disable campfire purification because of other compatibility issues with other mods. This flexibility would allow for a better configuring and modding experience for modpack creators.

you can just disable campfire recipes by kubejs or crt or datapack
