[Tweaking/Balance] Thirst depletes extremely quickly in the nether #55

Healing from any damage in the nether entirely depletes the thirst bar almost instantly. Farmer's delight and brewin' and chewin' are both installed, if that helps. Cold Sweat is not installed.
