6.1.6 keeps crashing/stopping #40

App starts up, then stops after a few minutes. No entries in log are present to suggest why. I have installed 6.1.6 on Synology. Perl and Java are up to date. Synology user ID has appropriate permissions.

What version of the java package do you have installed? Can you try with the java8 package from syno community repository?

Also what model Synology and what DSM version are you running?

I am runnign subsonic on my personal synology with no issue and have latest DSM 6 with java 8 installed from synocommunity.

I followed the instructions to download and install a Java update from whomever owns them now...Oracle?

I am runnign subsonic on my personal synology with no issue and have latest DSM 6 with java 8 installed from synocommunity.

I install JAVA 8 and subsonic at synology plugin center and I tyied install JAVA 8 mannully with version 1.8.0_271 hoping it might fix the issue but it doesn't. My synology is DS218 Play and DSM version is 6.2.3-25426 update 3, which is the latest official version.

My DiskStation is running Java8. 1.8.0_212
