hide/remove *special* SPI stream function #38

We will keep them for internal use and testing only and only expose SPI Stream to the user.

Those special SPI functions are only used by us internally to support different display types. The user will simply use LCD Stream and we will take care of the rest depending on the display type...which we support 4 display types now.
