Display vs Lcd #52

Libs use Display for a name but DUE uses Lcd internally. Should they be made the same for clarity?

This change is easy but a lot. We need to look at all our documents, examples. From library, we also need to do the change for all C#, py, js, and re-test for each function again.

I recommend no change. Not worth to change.
