Add data for granule tests #18

Summary

fix error when saving to netCDF (booleans not supported in attributes)

To do

some granules cannot be opened: ValueError: conflicting sizes for dimension...
when ready: push granule data (around 50Mo), test takes several minutes to run (5-10)

coverage: 47.463%. remained the same when pulling 9afdec337c426eb94058686349e74421bd431369 on EPFL-ENAC:add_dataset_tests into 5cb1dbba3231e69888afef72672db5968e987ebf on ghiggi:main.
