Added session flash for when ticket is submitted. Also added mail service to when user creates a ticket

Did you know?

That you could use Model Hooks so that whenever a message or ticket is created where ever in the application, you could hook on to the creation and send an email. https://adonisjs.com/docs/4.1/database-hooks
That you could use the already built in Mail fakes instead of creating your sendMail method in MailService https://adonisjs.com/docs/4.1/testing-fakes#_mail_fake.

But looks workable for me!
