This PR implements compatibility with the latest bootstrap-select 1.13.1.

@Mobe91 Thanks for the change again 👍, I reviewed and tested it with the GitHub demo. It all work as expected and went ahead and pushed a new Minor version (not a patch) just in case. You can get latest version 1.2.0 on NPM
