chore(tests): try to fix Example 14 sometime flaky Cypress test

• just try to move the failing describe block to an earlier describe block and see if that helps because Cypress is weird sometime and it fails for no reason.
• Cypress is very strange sometime, below is the Cypress failure which as you can see is... blank, why??? no clue since it shouldn't and it seemed to have change location for whatever reason even though I didn't ask to
