Expected data usage and run time? #20

Can you give any indication as to how long this code will take to run and how much data should be requested? TIA

It may take around 10 hours with 20 cores and 128 GB memory for the example data, yet it may take longer time and more memory usage if the gwas data to be analyzed have higher snp density.
