Show Google Refine version/build number on main page #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I wanted to report a bug and it asked what version, and I realized there's no 
easy way to determine what version I'm running.  

Would it be possible to include a version number / build timestamp on the main 
page somewhere to make tickets more specific?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Gridworks (pre-Google Refine)
