Apple TV 3 Adding Network Profile #5

Device: Apple TV 3 (Model A1427)

The 5th step of the process (pressing Play button on Send Data to Apple) does not seem to work on this Apple TV model. I am not sure if this has been discussed in the slack channel as I am not in it (would love to be added), but is there an alternative method of adding a network profile? It seems like it is doable over Apple Configurator as per this article, but I don't have a Mac to give it a try. Any advice is helpful.

Hey, I used the exact method as PlexConnect which has a nice wiki. Maybe you can find your answer there, since I dont have any device to test :)
