How do I create a DNS server? #7

I use a Windows 7 laptop as media storage (it works all the time). I'm thinking of doing it all on him. Is it possible? P.S. I'm not good at programming and would appreciate any help

Hey, you can use pihole or adguard. They are basically network wide ad blockers but provide easy way to setup local DNS.
