ResponseStatus Exception for Missing Entities

[x] When the buyer does not exist for the given user ID during order creation.
[x] When the advertisement does not exist for the given ID during order creation.
[x] When an order does not exist for the given ID during order deletion or fetching by ID.

EntityNotFoundException for Missing Seller:

[x] EntityNotFoundException, if the seller associated with an advertisement cannot be found.

Check Entity Existence Before delete

[x] If the order is not found, a ResponseStatusException with a NOT_FOUND status is thrown
