Add Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Support #134

This change adds the latest LTS support to this module. I've tested it with a clean installation of an Ubuntu Server and it seems to work fine. I haven't tested with VAS though.

Thanks for adding support for Ubuntu 16.04!! Apologies for the lag. I went ahead and squashed your commits in PR #136 and will be merging from there.
