Hack doesn't work #24

Am I right that I only have to copy the content of the 'sd-card' folder to the root of the sdcard of the camera? I did this, start the camera, but nothing happened. The hack didn't started. My camera is the Xiaomi Mijia 720p 360 camera, just as the camera in the tutorial. The firmware version of the camera is 3.5.1_0217. Am I doing something wrong or does the hack have some issues?

Doesn't work for me either.

So far as I know, this project is aimed to hack Mijia 720p, not Mijia 720p 360 ,which is an totally different device.

It would explain some things, though if you read the comments, people say, that it works for them with MIXJ04CM (not for me, unfortunately), which is the 360 model. And the picture on the main page also shows the same camera.

Works with my Xiaomi 360 720p MIXJ04CM...

  1. downgrade firmware (tf_recovery.img)
  2. insert sdcard with mijia-720p-hack
  3. upgrade firmware (mi home)

@rsavic so how exactly did you downgrade your firmware? Did you just copied the recovry img file to the root of the camera and powered on?

https://github.com/Filipowicz251/mijia-1080P-hacks/wiki/Recovery---Debrick ps: find recovery for 720p 360 ... 2 times flashed wrong recovery and lost 360... if i find where is my old recovery i will upload... it was chinese firmware (no english audio) ... but after upgrade hack works and english too :)
