Stability issue #5

After running the hack for some weeks im experiencing some stability issues. The rstp is not responding / mi home not connecting ... Do you have the same issue ? Thnaks

I've removed it aswell, the image wasn't the best and the night mode stopped working. Also the camera was getting very hot.

I will try to deactivate some feature. I think it's too much for the extra CPU or RAM available.

Desactive SSH seems to ameliorate the stability and the responsiveness of the RSTP flow.

My configuration only have : ENABLE_HTTPD=1 DISABLE_OTA=1 ENABLE_RTSP=1

And no solved the problem :|

Currently I personally run a configuration without any Xiaomi cloud services enabled. I also noticed that the camera get a little bit warmer than it should be, but this was also the case while I have devoloped the hack and had run the camera with no hack enabled. With disabled cloud futures there is currently no night mode switching possible. Also there are no records to the SD card anymore. I will try to figure out if it is possible to get some of this working with disabled cloud connectivity.

Same here, do you have cloud streaming and RTSP enabled at the same time? If so the CPU is not powerful enough to handle both.

Hello, No works fine !! I formatted SD Card and copy all files again , disable all features and only enable RTSP option.

By the way is possible activate night mode and record to sd or for remote location ? 👍

Currently I'm integrating support for the night mode into the hack, this is a simple task. The recording is another thing. Currently I see no way to implement this without developing some exttra software. This is something I have currently no time.

I will close this as the initial problem is fixed and the auto night vision is included in the latest release.
