I tried to find the code that you reference from the Colorado School of Mines, but their site no longer exists, and I emailed them as well about the code, but never got a response. Do you have the code to implement the rotated F102? I'm trying to implement ALPS + differential evolution, and I'd like to benchmark the rotated F102. Or, if you could just point me to how to do the rotation, that would be fine as well.
