"Disabled output type" when converting coins #119

Describe bug/issue

When trying to convert coins from Public to blind or private, I get an error saying "Transaction Failed: Disabled output type.": bug

How to reproduce

Begin converting a coin; after pressing the button to confirm, I get the error.

Operating system and version: WIN10 x64
Client version: Client 2.0.10 Core 0.19.1.10

anon transactions were disabled at the time, now re-enabled
