Use the legacy checkbox,if its the first wallet restored try clicking the. + and restoring again with legacy checkbox checked.
I have tried this, and one of the mods in discord tried this with no luck. I have tried it 4 times now, and I still have no coins. It doesnt even show my transaction history or anything.

Make sure the mnemonic is correct and the recovery password aswell.Make sure you are using the v2.0.7 wallet.
I am, and it is. I literally copied and pasted it directly from the old wallet into the new wallet so there is no way it is incorrect.

final suggestion is to use the ghost core wallet and import the wallet, when doing so tick the use legacy derivation checkbox.

Do I need to download both the exe and the zip file? Is the installation and wallet recovery process using this binary version pretty self-explanatory like the desktop wallet, or is it a little more technical? I am not super well-versed in binaries.

I had purchased GHOST and had sent to my desktop wallet on my macbook pro. That macbook crashed and I bought a windows laptop. I recoved the wallet using the seed phrase once downloading it onto my new device, but the coins never showed. I have sought help from admin on discord and telegram and twitter, all of which instructed me to create a new wallet, then add a wallet and restore, clicking the legacy box before doing so. So I tried that trick and my coins still havent shown. It is only about $30 worth of coins, but still I NEED that money. Could it be because the wallet that contained them was a MacOS version of the wallet and I am now using a Windows version? Please help.
