Feature: Grayscale Module #47

Changelist

Added new module for changing images to grayscale. Only accepts JP(E)Gs and PNGs for now.
Added fields in CommandContext to allow access to Discord message attachments.
Added ImageJ library support.

Not sure how I feel about ImageJ as the library choice, since its documentation and format support is rather lacking. Replacing it is beyond the scope of this PR, though.
