unit tests, demo, clean up

Hey I was interested in your project so thought I would spend ~30 minutes contributing. I did the following:

• Added a feature demo folder
• Cleaned up some code (sorry)
  • Missing semicolon
  • Added some brackets to remove ambiguity
  • Fixed your callbacks
• Implemented a test environment (karma, jasmine, phantomjs) with generated code coverage
• Added some simple test specs, nothing special, just a start
• Fixed your Readme file
• Added an online Plunkr demo
• Added a .gitignore
• Created some basic tasks in gulp

Make sure you do an npm install!
