Create a How To section in documentation on Git and GitHub training to support newcomers. #74

Per Telegram group discussion, adding training to help newcomers participate in GhostBSD activities (dev & docs) is needed.

Adding a How To section with links to free online GitHub and Git training would make it easier for newcomers to get involved.

Hello, I tried to solve the issue.

This is what I did:

Added a new 'How To' section with links to free online GitHub and Git training resources to help newcomers get involved with GhostBSD development and documentation.
