Switch OS packages to pkgbase. #152

It is becoming more challenging to maintain OS ports. Now that the FreeBSD package base is up and running. It is a more viable solution since FreeBSD will maintain the package base.

The os-generic-userland ports won't be built anymore, as changes were made last December in freebsd-ports.
