BSD distro used IPFS for package distribution its likely others would soon follow and such could have a huge beneficial effect for BSD and due to then attracting the attention of BSD, ipfs too.

Why this request?

pkg、ports、portsnap、update Mirror source

used IPFS for package distribution: No more pkg, ports, portsnap, update, etc. Mirror. As far as I know, the pkg mirror from China has removed packages such as VPN proxies, etc.

The only side that could be implemented is the package repository. Right now, it is on Storj, and I don't know what the effort would be to implement ipfs.
