A way to save the custom Transform for future use.

That's a very brief description, but if I understand what you're asking for, 
you can go to the transformations history when you're editing a transformation 
and "star" any transformations in the history that you want to save for reuse.  
Of course, you also have all of the transformations saved in the history as 
well until they roll off the end.
