Global Removed? #143

Was the global config option removed, and if so can the documentation be updated to reflect it's removal? Currently the docs just suddenly don't mention it at all.

It was indeed, and good catch - I forgot to make a upgrade from v3 -> v4 section in the README, I'll add that
