Description The never-consent pop-up is not visible so the User could not allow NC to work on this site. The cookie pop-up is not visible.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open https://ghacks.net
  2. Wait for the cookie pop-up - it should not be visible.
  3. Wait for a pop-up from Never-consent. There is no NC pop-up. ghacks net

Versions Browser: Safari 16.0 (17614.1.25.9.10, 17614) OS: MacOS Monterey 12.6 GBE 9.6.2

Cookie pop-up is hidden before Never-Consent can be triggered. Checked on : Versions Browser: Safari 16.3 (18614.4.6.1.6) OS: MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 GBE 10.0.10

Browser: Firefox 114.0 OS: Windows 10 Pro 19045.2965 GBE 8.10.03

Browser: Chrome 114.0.5735.91 OS: Windows 10 Pro 19045.2965 GBE 8.10.3

Problem still occurs. Cookie pop-up is still visible.
