Thank you for reporting @alumby. I've manage to reproduce the problem. Both cookie pop-ups are closed, but when I want to open Onetrust Cookie pop-up by clicking "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of the page, nothing is happening.
Description: "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom do not open window to manage their cookies.

I actually pushed a fix to Ghostery filters 3 days ago. However, I'm leaving a message because it requires manual testing on Safari + review on the filter.

For https://www.getsmarter.com/ looks still the same, it's working fine.
Description: Access to
cdn.cookielaw.org
is being blocked on 2U.com and GetSmarter.com. The issue appears to relate to ad-blocking, as it is even happening with Never-Consent turned off. This prevents the cookie banner from loading and the user from accessing the cookie preferences window to manage their cookies.Steps to Reproduce:
