Never Consent removes only partially the consent popup and blocks the interaction with page Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results: 
Cookie popup overlay hidden + interaction possible Versions Browser: Safari OS: iOS 16+17 GBE 10.1.4

Problem still occurs.

Cannot reproduce on:

I added plex.tv##.remodal-is-opened but not sure about the potential breakage. I couldn't see it but if we find a breakage within a month, we need to revert the filter.
