Some additional information from user:

I have the same issue with Ghostery on Google Chrome; see the screenshot attached. If I pause Ghostery in Google Chrome, I get an error about cookies. The link the website provides on this error goes to a separate page, where they instruct you to enable some cookies / legitimate interest cookies. I didn't have this error message in Firefox. So, there is a difference by browser, which may be due to the different applicable cookie settings between my browsers.

It was slow but I was able to load the website properly. However, I had to visit the cookie settings and enable everything from there.
