[QA] Added website as an exception are not converted to a supported format in the panel #1564

Description I can add a specific URL, for example https://cnn.com/, but when I open this website on the Ghostery panel the exception is not turned on. But when I add a just cnn.com, Ghostery panel shows that the exception is turned on.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open website, for example: https://www.cnn.com/
  2. Open Ghostery settings/ Tracker
  3. Look for OneTag tracker

  1. Add 'https://cnn.com/' as an exception
  2. Open website https://cnn.com/
  3. Open Ghostery panel, set Detailed view and click on the button

  1. Cnn.com is not set as an exception

Expected results: The added page as an exception should be converted to the same format as shown in the Ghostery panel.
