- Clean up font sizes
- Moves "Pause Ghostery" to the top - after all I think it should be on the top - as it is a function, which might be used more often than others
- Grays out "Settings Sync" when a is not logged in (Fixes #1638)
- Removes disabled "Block all" button on Trackers view - this is misleading, UI is broken (for a lot of widths the button in wrapped), and we are going to make this mode default in most of the categories as default behavior
