Fixes several minor issues in e2e test setup:

Instead of opening extensions page from the browser, we can set upfront the base url of extension pages by using URL of the onboarding page
Use the same share logic to enable extension
Fixed version of wdio/* packages group, as the latest changes must have rollback undocumented behavior allowing to open pages with custom protocol
