How should we deal with dead websites? #120

Scenario: a services existed, but its operating company shut down. Now we have an entry with a website URL that no longer resolves. How to deal with it?

Options:

Remove it (but only if the field is not mandatory)
Link to Internet Archive
Keep the old, but broken URL (for historic reason), but mark it somehow?

Applies not only the website, but also to the privacy policy.

First step: introduce a temporary mechanism to tag dead entries: https://github.com/ghostery/trackerdb/pull/171

In the longer run, we can move the entries to a separate folder.
